yes... Open Source projects means ASP.NET products with Source Code for free.

What do you need of OpenSource?

If you want to ask on anything regarding ASP.NET you can ask, but why to open thread with such silly questions.

OpenSource means which have sourcecode uploaded with the project. It may be in any language.

Well frankly speaking like u might be knowing PHP, which is a open source

but as far as my knowledge Microsoft don't provide any open source, so .NET is obviously is not an open source....

but you dig into MSDN where you can find plenty of help and video tutorial which may could help you....

who told you .NET is not free. You are free to develop .NET applications and it is distributed freely to Windows....
Even microsoft distributes lots of projects for free.

Why this misconception with you guys. Check before you comment..

If Microsoft dont distribute windows for free, that doesnt mean It is not distributing anything.
