A man goes to the doctor and complains about his strong cough. He has already tried everything but nothing helped. Thereupon, the doctor tells the man to use a purge and asks him to come back the next day. The man is surprised about the prescription of the purge but he buys it and swallows it just as the doctor said. On the next day, the man comes to the doctor again. The doctor asks: "Do you still have coughs!"
Man: "Yes, I stilI have coughs! However, I do not dare to cough any longer!"
