“Rowdy Rathore” Scores Huge 2nd Weeknd
“Rowdy Rathore” is now heading towards breaking some serious records. After crossing 100 cr nett worldwide yesterday, film is now inching closer towards 100 cr nett domestic figure. Film will be doing that tomorrow which is 11th day of run. It will be 2nd Akshay Kumar film after his last release “Housefull 2” which also did 100 plus cr nett business. This will put Akshay Kumar in elite company of Ajay Devgn, Aamir Khan, Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan.
Film registered significant jump yesterday and today again film crossed 8 cr nett with 25% jump. It clearly tells that film has huge acceptance among masses and they are going for repeat viewing. Now it will be interesting to see that how film performsin next weekend as a big release will only happen on 22nd June i.e. “Teri Meri Khaani” which is also dull at the moment in trade. This all gives good chance to “Rowdy Rathore” to improve on such a great opening and break 125 cr nett barrier. |
